List of Custom Clearance Documents for Export
In this post, I’m going to show you “List of Custom Clearance Documents for Export”.
Once the consignment is ready for export & arrives at the port (i.e QICT, KICT, PICT Etc…) usually clearing agent services are sought.
The following documents are required to provide to the clearing agent to clear the consignment.
- Commercial Invoice.
- Packing List.
- Form-E
- Phyto Certificate (If wood & food-related items export)
Other Documents
- Bill of Entry ( Only If exporter used imported material in production of export goods )
- DTRE Approval ( Only If exporter used Dtre in export goods, How To Get Dtre Approval for complete Dtre guide)
- Brand Certificate (Only If exporter mention any brand name in export goods)
