What Documents are Required For Export Custom Clearance? Or Documents For Clearing Agent.

Once the consignment ready for export & arrives at the port (i.e Qict, Kict, Pict Etc…) usually a
clearing agent services are sought.
The following documents are required to provide to clearing agent to clear the consignment.

  • Commercial Invoice.
  • Packing List. 
  • Letter of Credit (L/C). 
  • Certificate of Origin which is issued by Chamber of  Commerce. 
  • National Tax Number Certificate. 
Other Documents 
  • Bill of Entry ( Only If exporter used imported material in production of export goods )
  • Dtre Approval ( Only If exporter used Dtre in export goods, How To Get Dtre Approval for complete Dtre guide)
  • Brand Certificate (Only If exporter mention any brand name in export goods)
