    Documents Required For Customs Clearance in Pakistan

    Documents Required For Customs Clearance in Pakistan

    Documents Required For Gd Filing in Weboc.

    Documents Required For Export Customs Clearance

    We need to provide below mention documents to Customs clearing agent for the purpose of Gd filing (To Export Goods):-

    1. Form-E.
    2. Invoice.
    3. Packing List.
    4. Shipping Line`s Loading Program. (CRO)
    5. DTRE Approval. (If any)
    6. Brand Certificate. (If use any brand name)
    7. Phyto Certificate. (If uses any plant related items i.e. Rhode Grass, Kinnow etc)

    1- Form `E`:-

    Form E or E Form is your financial statement (Export Form) which is issued by the Bank at the time of export to client. It represent that this export is being processed against the foreign exchange either it has arrived in the exporting country or is contracted to arrive after shipment maturity. Form -E is issued to the shipper from his dealing bank and Bank also provide him the supportive documents of Form-E as mention below:

     

    NOC:
    No Objection Certificate (NOC) is issued when the shipment is being export against 100% payment in advance and bank issue this NOC to shipper to consign the shipment directly to consignee.

    C&F Certificate:
    This certificate is issued when the shipment is processed on the basis of C&F inco term.

    B/L Issuing Authority Letter:
    This certificate is issued when the shipment has to move By Sea. In case of By Air export shipment; this certificate is not issued.

    2- Invoice:-

    An invoice is a document required by customs in which the exporter mentions the description of goods, quantity(i.e: Cartons, Bales, Packages) and selling price (unit price), terms of delivery, payment term, net weight, gross weight  and the total value of the goods. (Invoice Sample)

    3- Packing List:-

    Packing List is a document which details the contents, and often dimensions and weight, of each package or cartons. (Packing List Sample)

    4- Loading Program (CRO):-

    CRO stand for container release order and Shipping line issues it in the name of shipper. This CRO enables shipper to pick a empty container from nearby container terminal of this shipping line.

    5- DTRE Approval:- 

    What does DTRE stand for? DTRE stands for Duty & Tax Remission for Export, its duty free import scheme.

    6- Phyto Certificate:- 

    Phytosanitary certification is used to attest that consignments meet phytosanitary import requirements and is undertaken by an NPPO (National Plant Protection Organization).  (Phyto Certificate Sample)

    Documents Required For Export Full Container Gate-In

    In Pakistan International Container Terminal (Pict), Karachi International Container Terminal (Kict) and Qasim International Container Terminal (Qict) required below declared documents at the time of full export container gate-in.

    Documents (Gate-In Time) :-

    • Invoice
    • Loading Program
    • Consignment Note  (Download Consignment Note From Here)

    Documents Required for Clear Customs Examination

    We need to collect below listed documents to clear container from customs examination.

    • Invoice.
    • Consignment Note.
    • DTRE Approval. (If any)
    • Brand Certificate. (If any)

    Documents Required for Clear ANF Examination

    When container held by Anf (Anti Narcotics Force), We need to collect below listed documents to clear it from ANF.

    • Invoice.
    • Consignment Note.
    • CNIC or Agent Group Card
