Procedure to Sim Block Online:-
For Ufone
- Ufone Complaint Form(Download form in PDF Format)
- Ufone Complaint Form ( Download form in Word Document Format)
2- Fill Form After downloading print out the form and fill the it, Screen Shot attached for guide

After Filling, Scan this form along with CNIC Copy (Both Sides) and send an email to ufoneoverseas668@ufonegsm.net
Company will give a reference number to the complaint and your NICOP/CNIC will be used for the purpose.
For Telenor
Fill the form and email scanned filled form at telenoroverseas668@telenor.com.pk along with scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport
For Warid
Fill the form and email scanned filled form at overseas668@waridtel.com along with scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport
For Mobilink
Fill the form and email scanned filled form at osis668cf@mobilinkworld.com along with scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport
For Zong
Fill the form and email scanned filled form at osis668cf@mobilinkworld.com along with scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport
Extra SIMs registered against your CNIC shall be removed within 24 hours of the receipt of your complaint.
Database at PTA’s website will be updated after 45 days. You can confirm removal of extra SIMs by revisiting after 45 days.
