Procedure to online sim block in Pakistan

(How To Blocked Sim in Pakistan) Now Online Sim blocked facility is available in Pakistan. PTA(Pakistan Telecom Authority) provided this service, using this facility user can easily block their unused Sim online that registered against their CNIC but not it use. Procedure to Sim Block Online:-

First download complaint form related to your service provider (i.e Ufone, Warid, Zong, etc)

For Ufone

1- Download Forms

2- Fill Form After downloading print out the form and fill it, Screen Shot attached for guide

3-Send Email To Customer Service:

After Filling, Scan this form along with CNIC Copy (Both Sides) and send an email to ufoneoverseas668@ufonegsm.net

Company will give a reference number to the complaint and your NICOP/CNIC will be used for the purpose.

For Telenor

Download Complaint Form

Fill the form and email scanned filled form at telenoroverseas668@telenor.com.pk  along with a scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport

 For Warid

Download Complaint or indemnity Form

Fill the form and email scanned filled form at overseas668@waridtel.com along with a scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport

For Mobilink

Mobilink Download Complaint Form

Fill the form and email scanned filled form at osis668cf@mobilinkworld.com  along with a scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport

For Zong

Zong Download Complaint Form

Fill the form and email scanned filled form at osis668cf@mobilinkworld.com along with a scanned copy of NICOP/CNIC (both sides), valid visa and passport

Extra SIMs registered against your CNIC shall be removed within 24 hours of the receipt of your complaint.

The database at PTA’s website will be updated after 45 days. You can confirm the removal of extra SIMs by revisiting after 45 days.
