1) They give up in the first 6 months.

They give up in the first 6 months, it’s not because they didn`t achieve sales, most of them generate a good sale, but still, they failed to continue their business.

If they were generating sales then why they failed to run a business successfully? because of what I say “high expectation“.

If you are starting a business and believe that in the first 6 months, it is going to be fun and you will make lots of money so you are mistaken, and it’s not going to work. 

2) They focus on multiple ideas and businesses.

As a human being, we have a limited amount of energy, if you run more than one business and give your limited focus and energy to all these businesses, it is not going to work.

You are supposed to be “IN” the business for at least 5 years. Commit to that single business for 5 years.

3) They lacked marketing skills.

They had great products and awesome employees buy they failed to market their product and generate sales which resulted in business closure. Don`t be a cheap business owner, invest your time, money and resources in building skills in marketing as that`s the fastest route to business`s success.
