Export GD is not Showing in Iris FBR System at a time of Submit Return

This post explains what will you do when export GD is not showing in IRIS FBR System at a time of submitting the return. most of the time it happens. When exporter or their advocate (lawyer) tries to submit a return in the FBR system at that time. They found some of export GDs (goods declaration) are missing.

    Goods Declaration Meaning in Urdu

GD refer as Goods Declaration (Declaration Form) where importer or exporter declare their goods, quantity, hs code, the value of the goods and much more. In Pakistan WeBOC system provide the facility to fill goods declaration online.

    In Urdu:

GD ko Goods Declaration bhi kehte hain ye darasal ek form hota hai. Is Goods declaration form main importer or exporter apne tamam goods ko declare karte hain jaise item ka naam, item ki quantity, item ki value aur bohat kuch. Yaha Pakistan main WeBOC system ye facility deta hai ke trader goods declaration online fill kar sake.

Check the Status of the Goods Declaration in WeBOC System.

If your export GD is not Showing in Iris FBR System first thing you need to do is check the GD status in WeBOC. Let’s see how can you check the WeBOC GD status.

    Step 1:

First of all, login with your WeBOC id and password, after successful login, Screen will appear as mention below image. Now click on the goods declaration link.

    WeBOC-Home-Page-Goods-Declaration-Page

    Step 2:

As you clicked the goods declaration. This will take you to the next page. Where you can check the status of the Goods Declaration. As stated in the image below.

Here in this page (as mention in the image below) you will find you require GD number using search form. As soon as you press the search button, your require GD will appear right front of the screen. Now check the status of the GD.

    Gd’s Status Should Be:

    Consignment Shipped

    Instead of:

    Loading Allow

    WeBOc-GD-Status

Check the Port of Loading (KICT, PICT, QICT, SAPT or Airport).

Now we need to check the port of loading means to say that in which port your clearing agent gated in your cargo, for example, KICT (Karachi International Container Terminal), PICT (Pakistan International Container Terminal), QICT (Qasim International Container Terminal), SAPT (South Asia International Container Terminal), and AirPort.

In order to check the port of loading click view link as indicated in the image below. In our case shipment was delivered at the SAPT terminal.

    Weboc-GD-View

    Lets Email the Concern Authority.

As we stated above, our shipment delivered at SAPT Terminal so we email SAPT help desk and keep WeBOC Support (PRAL Team) in cc.

    Email Format:

    WeBOC Support Email Address
    support.weboc@pral.com.pk
