    Valuation Ruling 1550/2021

    In Valuation Ruling 1550/2021, Customs Values of Copper Scrap are determined under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.

    Customs Values of Copper Scrap

    Customs values hereinafter specified shall be assessed to duty / taxes at the following minimum Customs Values of Copper Scrap.

    Copper Scrap (as a single separate item)

    HS Code of Copper Scrap:
    7404.0090

    All Origin

    Customs Values:
    LME Price Published in London Metal Exchange, plus actual freight

    Description of goods:
    Copper Scrap Attached with with Ferrous Scrap (Excluding
    Motor/Compress or Scrap)

    HS Code of Copper Scrap Attached with Ferrous Scrap:
    7204.4990

    All Origin

    Customs Values:
    LME prices published in LMR for respective contents of Copper Scrap and each material attached less up to 25% discount on account of wastage and processing cost. Plus actual freight cost
