Download the format of Annexure-C Undertaking using the provided link. Edit the undertaking and fill in the required details.
Once you have added all the necessary information, print it on your company’s letterhead and submit it to your bank.
Your bank will authenticate your data, and that’s it!
Now, revisit the PSW website to associate the bank profile once again. This time, the system will accept all your details, and you can successfully associate the bank profile in PSW.

is it compulsory that our company email address and mob no are same in bank account profile psw portal profile and IRS profile. if this data not match with each other so may this possible to add new bank on psw portal
