    Switch Over of WEBOC to PSW For Bulk & LCL Import of Items Classified Under Chapter 1 To 19 of The Pakistan Customs Tariff Through PSW’s Single Declaration (Imports)

    2. It is informed that commercial imports of Bulk & LCL consignments (HC type) of all items classified under Chapters 1 to 19 of the Pakistan Customs Tariff, excluding items classified under PCT headings mentioned in Annex-A of this Circular, being imported from Customs stations all over Pakistan (seaports of Karachi & all airports) except those located in Balochistan, land border stations of KPK and Sost Dry-port (GB) will be completely shifted over to PSW and clearance will be made through filing Single Declaration (SD). As for items falling under the purview of DPP, AQD, and FSC&RD, the clearance will be subject to electronic issuance of Release Orders from the respective Govt. agency w.e.f. 28th October 2022.

    3. Foregoing in view, it is requested that all traders/importers engaged in the import of aforementioned items/commodities may be informed to file a Single Declaration (Imports) through the PSW system for Customs clearance of their import consignments w.e.f. 28th October 2022.
