Under the provision of proviso to sub-rule (4) of rule 5 of the Sales Tax Rules, 2006, every individual, any member of an association of persons, and a director of a company having only one shareholder or member, are required to visit the e-Sahulat Centre of NADRA during July every year for biometric re-verification.
By the provisions of section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Board is pleased to announce an extension for biometric re-verification. The deadline has been extended, allowing the aforementioned individuals to complete their biometric re-verification by 31 August 2024.
Please ensure that you visit the e-Sahulat Centre of NADRA by the extended deadline to comply with the biometric re-verification requirements.
