Individual or Single Owner Company Required Documents Checklist

For Individual or Single Owner Company, WeBOC ID Registration require the following documents.

2. Request for issuance of WeBOC ID on Letter Head
3. Visiting Card and 2 Photograph
4. WeBOC External User Registration Form
5. NADRA Verification
6. National-Income Certificate (NTN Certificate)
7. Sales Tax Registration Certificate OR IRIS-14(I)
8. IRIS-181 (Order to Grant/Refuse Modification To Registration on Application)
9. 114(I) Return of Income Filed Voluntarily for the complete year
10. Valid Karachi Chamber of Commerce Certificate
11. Business (Office) Premises Current Utility Bills
12. Bank Account Maintenance Certificate of the Firm (With Authorized Signature and Stamp)
13. Bank Statement Current 6 Months (Last balance 0.5 to 0.8 million)
14. Active Taxpayers List (ATL) Sales Tax & Income Tax

5. Authority letter from other Partners(s)
6. NADRA Verification all Director (s)
7. National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate all Director (s)
8. Sales Tax Registration Certificate OR IRIS-14 (I)
9. IRIS-181 (Order to Grant/Refuse Modification to Registration on Application) All Directors (s)
10. IRIS-114 (Return of Income filed voluntarily for the complete year) all Director (s)
11. Valid Karachi Chamber of Commerce Certificate
12. Business (Office) Premises Current Utility Bills
13. Bank Account Maintenance Certificate of the Firm (with Authorized signature and P.A (Personal Account) Stamp)
14. Bank Statement Current 6 Months (Last Balance of Rs.300,000/-)
15. Active Taxpayers List (ATL) Sales Tax and Income Tax (Firm)
16. Active Taxpayers List (ATL) Income Tax all Director(s)
17. Online NTN/STRN Inquiry (Principal Activity Importer/Exporter)
18. Property Documents Premises/Office/ Valid Rent Agreement with Photo Copy of the landlord CNIC copy
19. Undertaking on Stamp Paper Rs.100
20. Memorandum of Article (PVT) LTD, with Form-29 Original/Photo Copy
21. Bank receipt of Pay Order/Cash Deposit Rs.500/- (Importer/Exporter name and NTN)

Documents Required For WeBoc Registration

1. 1.  Request Letter on Company Letter Head (Original) and Photo Copy.
      WeBoc Registration Request Letter for Issuing User Id & Password Print this letter on Original Letter Head and a take copy of it. (Click Here To Download This Request Letter in Microsoft Word File Format)
   2. NTN Certificate (Original) and Photo Copy.
      Original NTN and photocopy required (photocopy must be attested), Original will return after checking.
   3. Sales Tax Registration Certificate (Original) and Photo Copy.
      Original Sales Tax Registration Certificate and photocopy required (photocopy must be attested), Original will return after checking.
   4. Rent Agreement / Owner Papers of Business Premises.
      If your premises (factory) on rent so attached rent agreement also.
   5. Electricity Bill of the Office Premises.
      Attached Electricity Bills for address proof
   6. Bank Certificate, Confirm Maintenance of Account With Them (Original)
      Your Bank will provide this certificate ask them to issue this certificate.
   7. Bank Account Statement For The Last Two Months (Original)
      Also, take the bank statement for the last two months.
   8. Partnership Deed (In Case of Partnership Firm)
      If you are running a partnership business so partnership deed also required.
   9. Nadra Verisys Verification
      This is your CNIC verification this can get easily from any Nadra e-Sahulat office, they will charge you Rs.50/- and this provides Slip, Its will look like as below image:

• Customs Clearing Agent License ( Only For Clearing Agent) This requirement only for clearing agent.
• Customs Shipping Agent License (Only For Shipping Lines)
  This requirement only for Shipping Lines
• ATL / Online NTN Verification
  For online NTN verification first, visit NTN verification Page,  another page will open just write your NTN number there and press search button it will show your NTN details so click no Details as indicating in Image 1, Finally you will get the result as shown in Image 2 now take out print.

   • B/L Copy of the Last Shipment
   • GD (Goods Declaration) Copy of the Last Shipment

Finally, Collect All Documents and Submit them to Assistant Collector Registration WeBoc on Second Floor, Customs House Karachi (or Customs House in Your city).

Note: We will have to physically submit these documents to Assistant Collector Registration WeBoc (Customs House).
