I don`t know why, Karachi Port Trust`s Entry Pass renewal process is so complicated for the people to full fill, I have seen many people over there roaming and asking about the application procedure of KPT annual card and what documents are required to attach with.

Therefore, I have decided to write an article for the people who want to know the procedure of renewal or getting new KPT`s 2D Annual Card.

1. NTN Copy
2. CNIC Copy
3. Sales Tax Copy
4. Police Verification
5. 2 X Photo Passport Size
6. KPT Delivery Book Copy
7. KPT Pass Copy (For Renewal)
8. KPT`s User Character Verification Form
9. Custom House Agent Licence (CHAL) Copy
10. Sign Authority Letter (On Company Letter-Head)
11. KPT Form ( DTM Request with K.C.A.G Verified )
12. KPT Pass Request Letter to Central Pass Issuing Office

So after collecting all required documents, he will submit them to KPT`s pass issuing office.

• Foreigner`s KPT Entry Pass Form.
• Temporary (Less Than Three Month).
• Temporary Pass Crew KPT Entry Pass Form.
• Customs Clearing Agents KPT Entry Pass Form.
• KPT Office or Employees  KPT Entry Pass Form.
• Government Office or Employees KPT Entry Pass Form.

According to the HQ PSF Letter No. HQ/PSF/1364 dated: 18-April-2015, All employees who are working or visiting the Port area must submit completely fill the security clearance form to the HQ Port Security Force along with below listed documents.

1. 04 X Original Form duly filled by hand / typed for each person
2. 02 X Sets of left and right hand fingers impression with each form
3. 1 X Photograph Fixed on each form
4. Powder copy of CNIC (Cleared Visible) With each form.
5. Powder copy of Password (if available) (cleared visible with each form)
6. Powder copy of Company License
7. Powder Copy of Registration Certificate and NTN Certificate
8. 01 X Photo copy of the each filled form
9. Covering of employees duly verified by concerned association /Agents
