Subject: VALUATION OF LAPTOP AND DESKTOP (ADDENDUM)
In continuation of this Directorate General’s letter of even number dated 12-07-2019. wherein list prices of Laptops/Desktops were forwarded to clearance Collectorates for consideration for assessment under section 25 of the Customs Act, 1969, the authorized distributors of Dell have provided list prices of newly introduced / launched models of Laptops. Accordingly, in Annex-A of the earlier letter, after Serial No. 62, the following new Serial Nos. 63 to 107 along with specifications and values given against each are added for assessment under section 25 of the Customs Act, 1969.
