The City Traffic Police, Rawalpindi, announced on Friday a traffic management plan for the Pakistan-England cricket match at Rawalpindi Stadium slated for the three-day period from October 21 to 23.
For smooth flow of traffic, CTP will employ 370 officers and wardens to manage the vehicular flows and guide to other routes, if required.
Special parking has been arranged: motorcycles will be parked at Shahbaz Sharif Park while others may be availed at Civil Aviation Ground and Degree College Ground.
It is requested of the public to work co-operate with the traffic officers and use parking places without any hassle.
CTP asks people to follow the traffic rules, use assigned parking spots, and update themselves. In case of need, one can contact the City Traffic Police Helpline at 051-9274843.
