    This auction provides a golden opportunity for potential buyers. To participate, please note the following terms and conditions set by Pakistan Customs:

    • Earnest Money: Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% earnest money on the spot along with a copy of their CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
    • Sealed Tenders: One day before the auction, sealed tenders accompanied by a pay order equivalent to 25% of the bid amount, in the name of the Collector of Customs (Enforcement) Custom House, Karachi, will be accepted at the Auction Section, Custom House, Karachi.
    • Income Tax: Filers must pay a 10% income tax, while non-filers are subject to a 20% tax, payable along with the bid amount.
    • Registration Process: Successful bidders must submit an undertaking, obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Collectorate, and follow the directives of the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) letter No. l-21l-ISB-21-IMP dated 13.05.2022 before the issuance of the Delivery Order.
