The government has raised the price of high-speed diesel while keeping the price of petrol the same for the next two weeks. Starting October 16, the price of petrol will stay at Rs. 247.03 per liter. However, the price of high-speed diesel has increased by Rs. 5 per liter.
In the last review of fuel prices, petrol was reduced by Rs. 2.07, and high-speed diesel was cut by Rs. 3.40. The current change marks a shift in the diesel pricing while petrol remains stable.
