While in the meeting, Minister Jam Kamal Khan stated that a proper B2B relationship could develop new trade and investment opportunities. Moreover, he stated that Pakistan and the UK have already demonstrated an extremely strong and prosperous trade connection, which shows much potential for expansion on such a solid foundation.
The Minister also spoke on the importance of the Pakistani diaspora here in the UK, which has played a very key part in promoting trade and deepening economic connections between the two nations. “Our diaspora is a bridge between the two countries and has been very important in strengthening our economic relationship,” he said.
